Privacy Policy
This page explains what the inquiry form collects and how it is kept. It is a working notice for this site, not a substitute for advice from your own counsel.
What you send
The form asks for your name, email, phone number, Telegram username, Signal number or username, current citizenship, and the country you want to discuss. At least one of Telegram or Signal is required.
Why it is kept
Those details are used to reply to your inquiry. Submitting the form does not open an order. If we open one, it is kept in a private file on the machine running this site. You open it on Check status with the order ID and the email on the order, and you can see the citizenship you are working toward, progress, files we share, files you send, documents we request, notes we mark as visible to you, and tickets. Internal notes stay with our team. Details are not sold.
Mexico applications
The Mexico application opens from a link your advisor sends. It asks for your details, then your father, mother, paternal grandparents, and maternal grandparents. You can skip a family answer you do not know. It also asks how to reach you, optional social profiles, a birth certificate, and a passport photo of you. You can upload those documents with the application, or later from your case. You confirm the answers on the last screen. Sending it opens a case. You open that case with the case number and the email you entered. The files stay on the machine running this site and are available to the team working the case.
Asking for a deletion
Send another note through the inquiry form from the same messenger, include the email you used, and ask for the earlier inquiry to be deleted.
